Fox Rehab Webinar
The first part of the Vitality Talks series features FOX Rehabilitation. This webinar includes:
- What FOX is and how Vitality Living residents can benefit
- Tips for staying safe at home
- Testimonials from current residents
FOX Rehab is a private practice that provides outpatient services to older adults in their homes. FOX is here to help residents achieve their best life possible. This is through physical and occupational therapy and speech language pathology.
Additionally, FOX clinicians are accessible onsite for fall risk screening. When indicated and used properly, screens allow clinicians to identify risk, intervene, and prevent or reverse functional decline. This is a proactive, not reactive, approach.
FOX Rehab has an office located within each of the Middle Tennessee Vitality Living communities, allowing convenient access for all residents. Below is a list of communities with FOX Rehab:

- Madison, TN: Maybelle Carter Living
- Mount Juliet, TN: Maristone of Providence
