Winterpast Capital Partners (WCP) and its operating partner, Vitality Living, announced the acquisition of ten senior living communities across the southeast through a joint venture with Sculptor Real Estate. WCP is an opportunistic real estate investment platform that is active in the senior living acquisition and development space. Vitality Living is a Tennessee-based senior living provider committed to empowering successful aging through engagement and innovation.
The acquired communities in Florida, Kentucky and Alabama add over 500 team members and 1,300 residents to the Vitality Living portfolio.

All the communities are well-established with strong traditions of longevity of staff. In one community in particular, Lake Forest in Sanford, Florida, 22 team members celebrated their 10-year anniversaries at the community last month.

With this ten-community acquisition taking place late last year, 2021 became WCP-Vitality’s most active acquisition year to date.
