Vitality Living Expands with Local Portfolio Acquisition

Tennessee-based senior living provider expands local portfolio – formally the Hearth of Franklin and the Hearth of Hendersonville.

BRENTWOOD, Tn. (July 1, 2023)— Winterpast Capital Partners (WCP), a Tennessee-based real estate investment and development firm, announced the expansion of their Tennessee portfolio with the acquisition of two senior living communities in the greater Nashville market with a private equity capital partner. The communities, Vitality Living Franklin (formerly known as Hearth of Franklin), and Vitality Living Hendersonville (formerly known as Hearth of Hendersonville), will be managed by Vitality Living, a well-known Nashville-based senior living operator.

Both communities will receive capital improvements that enhance the resident experience and improve the appeal of the communities’ physical plant.

Vitality Living Franklin, located at 1035 Fulton Greer Ln in Franklin, TN, is a three-story community offering 126 apartments and a wide range of amenities, including a theater room, an on-site therapy room for doctors and therapists, a full-service salon and barbershop and outside patio areas, gardens, and walking paths.

Vitality Living Hendersonville, located at 419 E Main Street, is a three-story community offering 130 apartments and three stories of services and amenities, such as a library, a billiards room, a putting green, a fitness room, botanical garden and courtyard, and outdoor covered porch seating.
