Vitality Living Announces New Development Partnership in Madison, GA

Brentwood, TN: Vitality Living and Hillpointe, LLC, are pleased to announce a new partnership. Their first project, Vitality Living Madison, brings the finest in active retirement living to Madison, Georgia, recently listed in Southern Living’s Top Ten Prettiest Towns. “This neighborhood style living creates great opportunities for residents to engage and lead active lives,” says Chris Guay, Vitality Living’s Founder and CEO. “Madison, GA is a fantastic town in a great location. Vitality Living Madison, formerly known as Wellbridge Community of Madison, is a retirement community that will reside at 1600 Bethany Rd. Madison, GA 30650 on 73 acres. The community will have 332 units and will begin opening in phases.
Phase 1 features retirement living for those ready to engage in life rather than maintain a home. Living options include 2-bedroom villas with attached garage and 1-bedroom village apartments. It also includes a recreation and wellness center housing fitness and yoga space, individual workout equipment, bocce and shuffleboard courts, and a large heated swimming pool.

Phase 2 will offer Assisted Living and Memory Care promoting independence and well-being with supportive services and personal care.

Vitality Living Madison is excited to introduce Mary Jo Johnson as Executive Director.
