Vitality Living Assumes Management of Acclaim at Belmont Bay and Aspire at West End Richmond
Richmond, VA February 22, 2026 – Vitality Living today announced it has assumed
management of two premier Independent Living communities in Virginia: Acclaim at
Belmont Bay in Woodbridge and Aspire at West End Richmond in Richmond. The transition of
management became effective February 1, 2026. Ownership of both communities remains
with Bonaventure, a nationally recognized real estate investment firm with deep experience
in seniors housing.
The partnership reflects a shared commitment to delivering exceptional Independent Living
experiences while strengthening each community’s competitive position in its respective
marketplace.
