partnership initiatives. John brings more than 30 years of senior housing experience spanning
development, acquisitions, ownership, operations, and capital markets, with a career defined by
building high-performing platforms that integrate hospitality-driven service, healthcare excellence, and
disciplined financial execution.
In his role at Vitality Living, John will lead investment strategy, acquisitions, joint ventures, and capital
relationships, supporting the company’s commitment to thoughtful growth and best-in-class senior
