Dallas, GA, February 25, 2025 – On February 25, 2025, Winterpast Capital Partners (WCP), along with their investment partners, announced the acquisition of Hillside Springs, a senior living community located at 135 Hillside Trace, Dallas, GA 30157. The community, surrounded by picturesque, forested grounds and conveniently located near major roadways, has been renamed Vitality Living Overlook and will be managed by Vitality Living, a premier regional senior housing operator. The property will undergo a comprehensive $4 million renovation, with completion slated for September 2025.
This acquisition marks Vitality Living’s fourth community in Georgia, expanding its greater Atlanta portfolio, which includes sister properties in Milton and Madison. The upcoming renovation will enhance both indoor and outdoor spaces, creating modern, comfortable, and vibrant environments designed to support residents’ lifestyles and well-being.
